Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Lucas Watters, a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching the conditions of his statutory release.

Watters is described as a 47-year-old white male, 5'6" tall, weighing 130 pounds. He has several distinctive tattoos, including a wave on the side of his neck, “FTW” on the back of his neck, and “Watters” across his lower back. He is currently serving a sentence of nearly five years for drug trafficking, weapon possession, breaking and entering, and failing to comply with court orders.

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad says Watters is known to frequent Peterborough, Trent Hills, Campbellford, Norwood, and Toronto. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the ROPE Squad at 1-866-870-7673, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS, or 911.
