Brighton man charged with DUI

A Brighton man is facing a drunk driving charge, following a single vehicle crash early this morning.

Just before 3 A.M., police responded to the crash on Trent Valley Drive in Cramahe Township to find the vehicle on its roof and off the roadway.

The driver was transported to local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. The man will appear in Cobourg court in July.
