Starting Tuesday, Northumberland County will begin overnight maintenance on the Campbellford Bridge. Work will take place on June 24 and 25 from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following morning. Crews will complete concrete scaling and surface repairs to address damage and help extend the bridge’s lifespan.

The bridge will remain open to traffic, with alternating lane closures. Duty officers will safely manage traffic at both ends of the bridge, and one sidewalk will remain open for pedestrians. Emergency access will be maintained at all times.

The work is part of the County’s summer infrastructure plan. A full construction schedule can be found at Northumberland.ca/Construction.
