By: Jolie Manez, Northumberland 89.7 FM News

Two Cobourg women are facing fraud charges as suspects in a vehicle break-in reported last Sunday.

Police allege that a wallet was stolen from the vehicle and the bank cards were later used at several businesses in Cobourg.

The police investigation led to the arrest of a 35-year-old woman and a 41-year-old woman last Friday.

The 35-year-old remains in custody pending a bail hearing, while the 41-year-old was released on an undertaking.
